The feedback from the campus map competition post has been wonderful. Lots of other great campus maps are in progress. Perhaps we need to formalize a friendly competition? Nominate your campus soon so that I can add it to a poll in the next little while.

Clearly they are have a wonderful start at mapping their campus and the surrounding area. But quite frankly, I was expecting more pubs. Perhaps I just misunderstand Australians.

So let's have a little friendly competition. Nominate your campus map. Be sure to include a link to your campus on OSM and let us all know if you are one of the mappers, or and admirer, how to contact you, and if you want your contact information published here or not. I'll find some sort of a prize for the winning entry. A trinket of recognition of some kind, not the sort of prize that will let you retire early. At a minimum the winning entry will be recognized on this site, at on the OSM talk list.

Who and how will the campuses be evaluated. Let's make it fun. We'll have three types of evaluation, self evaluation, peer evaluation, and expert judges. Let's make the evaluation categories fun too. We'll judge the entries on Charm, Talent and Academic Merit, but let's have an Evening Gown Competition as well.
